Dear Mike，
This is Li Ke from BeiJing, The reason that I am writing to you is because Share with you my thoughts on volunteering at BeiJing. From my perspective , It is totally undoubted that it is really an unforgettable volunteer experience. The reason why I believe so are listed as below.
The first point that I want to mention is that my volunteer work is very special, it is running with the elderly .and that is because improve elderly immunily which guards against diseases.
What is more, it is easy for us to understand that running helps elderly sleep better ,which is because tiredness after running makes runners fall asleep more quickly and easily.
Last but not the least, we have to admit that it is very meantingful. the reason behind this is running with elderly is fun , help the elderly keep heathly is also help myself.
From what I mention above ,we have easily come to the conlusion that it is really an unforgettable volunteer experience.
after all, my volunteer work is very special,it is running with the elderly,running helps elderly sleep better and very meantingful.
I hope you can enjoy fun of volunteer . as is indeed very meantingful as us.
