= e^lim<n→∞>[-(x+1/2)/(x+1)]
= e^lim<n→∞>[-(1+1/2x)/(1+1/x)] = e^(-1) = 1/e
= lim<n→∞> {[1-1/(1+x)]^[-(1+x)]}^[-(x+1/2)/(x+1)]
= e^lim<n→∞>[-(x+1/2)/(x+1)]
= e^lim<n→∞>[-(1+1/2x)/(1+1/x)] = e^(-1) = 1/e
