How to form a good habit of eating
Everybody needs to eat every day.So it's important for us to have a good habit of eating.In my opinion,a healthy and happy life starts with healthy and happy eating.First of all,we should have three meals on time.Stay away from junk food.Try the simple,fresh,nice and healthy food.Love what you eat and make it simple,tasty and healthy.It is important to have a balanced diet,that is besides the rice or noodles,we should have a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit,some meat,fish or egg,some dairy products like milk,yoghurt or cheese every day.Also you should remember not to eat too much chocolates,sweets or ice cream.
If you can follow all the above steps,you are sure to have a good habit of eating.
