To the first question: I am of the opnion that the those three aspects are more important. First of all, examining the resources is very significant that those filled information can be proved to be true or not, like background of education, school record, grades of study, etc., and those relevant information can exactly state the individual ability. In additional, examining can provide everyone opportunity to meet the fair competition, which is the better one will be accepted! Secondly, the applicants' abilities are crucial greatly. Ability or skill can indicate personal strength and the effect to the developments of companies, affecting the commercial efficiency(benefit) of the companies. Finally, who is presenter would play an important role as well. The reputation of the applicant is relatively more higher if he is recommended by any celebrities so he would impress well to the employers that the chance of being accepted will be bigger. In conclusion, examining information, ability of applicant and the presenters are playing extreme important role in the interview!
