I often join the after school activities during my free time.I actively take part in the physical training.I spend at least an hour a day playing basketball and volleyball,but I like running most.Running is a good way to keep healthy.In summer I like to swim.Besides all kinds of sports I also like reading,reading a good book is really a joy for me.
