随着经济全球化的日益发展，区域经济竞争已从企业战略层面转向产业集群战略层面，产业集群凸显出的竞争优势日益成为区域参与全球经济竞争的重要力量，并构成当今世界经济的基本空间构架。我国的产业集群发展比较晚，而且主要以中小企业产业集群为主，自身缺乏稳定性和创新性，同时也受到许多政策和环境上的制约，需要从理论和实践上对我国的产业集群进行分析，提升中小企业的综合竞争力。本文从对产业集群的界定、分类以及对产业集群竞争力理论进行了中外研究回顾和综述，并作出了相应的分析和评述，提出了自己的观点。

level to property clan strategic level, property clan's prominent competition superiority has become, day by day, an important force of regional participation in the competition of global economy,and
forms present day's fundamental space frame of the world economy.
The development of our nation's property clans is relatively late,moreover,medium and small enterprises property clans are used as the main forces, they themselves are lacking in stability and creativity, and they are restricted by many policy and environmental constraints, it is necessary to carry out analysis of our nation's property clans from theory and practice,so as to strengthen the combined competition power of the medium and small enterprises. This article carries out the review and summary of China's and foreign researches from property clans' limits,classification, as well as property clans'competition force theory, and performs corresponding analysis and comments, and put forward my own points of view.

In this paper, the definition of industrial clusters, classification, as well as the competitiveness of industry cluster theory research review and synthesis of Chinese and foreign, and the corresponding analysis and comments and put forward their views.
