大学生就业难现状及对策思考

摘要
市场经济条件下，大学生的就业问题呈现越来越困难的严峻考验。自1999年我国高校实行扩大招生以来，高校毕业生的数量逐年攀升，加之美国次贷危机引起的金融海啸以及社会生活成本的提高等诸多因素的影响，高校毕业生就业难已经成为一个不争的事实，社会及家庭方面承受着较大的心理压力，也成为政府和社会高度关注的一个焦点。2009年毕业生就业问题的严峻事实，使得研究大学生就业难现状并做一定的探索思考显得具有积极的意义。

Abstract
Under the condition of Market economy, the employment of college students has become increasingly difficult in a severe test. Since 1999, colleges and universities in China since the implementation of the expansion of enrollment, the number of college graduates rose year after year, in addition to the U.S. sub-loan crisis of the financial tsunami, as well as the cost of the improvement of social life and many other factors, the employment of college graduates has become a hard fact , social and family under greater psychological pressure, the Government and the community has also become a focus of attention. 2009 graduates of the fact that the critical issue of employment, the employment status of college students study and explore some thinking to do it is of positive significance.

Our country University has implemented the expanded recruitment of students since 1999, university graduates' quantity climbs year by year, in addition the American loan crisis causes the financial Tsunami as well as the social life cost's enhancement and so on many factor's influences, the university graduates get employed difficult already to become the fact which does not struggle, the society and the family aspect are withstanding the big pressure, also becomes a focal point which the government and the society pays attention highly. in 2009 the graduate gets employed the question stern fact, causes to study the university student to get employed the difficult present situation and makes certain exploration ponder appears has the positive significance.
