英语高手请进，求翻译~~

请高手翻译：“我他吗吃饱了撑的，写下了这些文字，我就是那么傻哔。”
PS：一般口语里面，“我他吗（怎么怎么样）”，“我就是（怎么怎么着）”怎么翻译才地道？

英语口语中，"fucking..."就约等于"他妈的.."
比如"it's fucking cold" = "真他妈冷"
"shut the fucking up" = "给我他妈闭嘴"[呃有这么说的吗]
等等.

而"我就是xxx"...让我想想啊......
好像也没有什么特别的,就是强调"I am[ so]","I do"等等
比如"I AM so stupid" = "我'就是'这么蠢"
"I DO love it" = "我'就是'喜欢这个"
等等.
