My favorite sport is swimming. I think it is a very good exercise for us. In summer,it can make us cooler and more comfortable when the weather is very hot. It also can make me more stronger. If you are stronger enough ,you can swim in winter.It is a challenge for our body and it is also a challenge for our life.
我最喜欢的运动是游泳。（英语写作中要先表达主要意思，也就是要把中心句放在最前面。）我想对我们来说它是一种非常好的煅练。在炎热盛夏，它可以使我们更舒适。游泳也可能使我们强身健体。如果你的身体足够健壮，你也可以在冬天去游泳，这对我们身体是一种挑战，也是我们对生活的挑战。
