如有一方完全未在合同规定时间内履行其义务，程度严重，并且在收到未违约方的书面通知7日内未能清除违约影响或争取补救措施，在此情况下，非违约方应书面通知违约方终止合同。

If the parties is not stipulated in the contract period to meet its obligations, the extent of the serious and the non-breaching party received written notice within 7 days failed to clear the breach of contract or for remedial measures, in this case, the non-defaulting party shall give notice in writing the party in breach to terminate the contract.
