Good morning/ afternoon/evening,ladies& gentlemen;

At the first sight of the title"Challenges faced by the English Teachers", i thought a lot. There are so many challenges we English teachers are facing, for exaample, we are facing the challenges from the students of individuality,challenges from the social pressure, challenges from the cruel competition, and especially challenges from the fast developed society. With the improvement of our foreign trade, our English teachers should get to know more and more new knowledge about what is happening home and abroad.Only in this way, can we catch up with the international changes; only in this way, can we meet the new needs of our lovely students;only in this way, can we constantly realize our own value!

Anyhow, whatever challenges they might be, as an English teacher,I will be ready for them because i know the proverb"Opportunity is prepared for those who are prepared for it".

Let's welcome the big,new challenges! I am ready!

every day, we will face many kinds of challenges,it not only can
make us brave but only can improve our ability.
the day to challenges faced by the English Teachers,i know,it is
only a small course,i believe that i can beat it.
