It aims at existing problems in advertising planning of modern real estate companies, analyzes those problems, and provides suggestions of improving and resolving them. It firstly explains the marketing charactors and major marketing model of real estate companies. Secondly, it explores the main problems existing in advertising planning of real estate companies. Last but not least, on the basis of the facts above, it gives a detailed explanation of the basic procedure, and also gives analysis of the effect of the advertising planning of real estate companies, e.g. preproject preparations and implementation of the advertising planning, release of the advertisement, and postproject effect evaluation.
