【摘要】 为了评估大剂量微米粒径墨粉颗粒经由支气管染毒对小鼠肺部的毒性影响,本文从病理学检查及实验动物的BALF(肺灌洗液)、肺匀浆的生化指标以及病理学切片等方面来进行探讨。 以0.5g/kg剂量纳米粒径墨粉颗粒对小鼠经支气管注射染毒,隔天注射,共注射四次。分别于9天、4周、8周、12周取肺灌洗液后处死并解剖获得各个脏器,观察肺灌洗液和肺匀浆生化指标的变化,肺部组织切片的病理学变化。实验表明,墨粉颗粒对小鼠的肺部确实有毒性。结果显示墨粉组小鼠的总蛋白、白蛋白、ACP(酸性磷酸酶)、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、NOS(一氧化氮合成酶)等生化指标升高,体重增长比生理组缓慢,脏器系数比生理组高,病理学切片结果显示,8周墨粉组中的墨粉颗粒明显少于4周墨粉组。综合以上实验结果分析可知,墨粉颗粒进入小鼠肺部后引起炎症反应,从而影响小鼠肺部的正常生理机能,随着时间的延长墨粉颗粒被吞噬减少,从而炎症症状有所缓解。 展开

Experiments show that the toner particles in the lungs of mice is indeed toxic. The results showed that mice toner total protein, albumin, ACP (acid phosphatase), LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), NOS (nitric oxide synthase) and biochemical indicators such as increased weight gain than the physical group slow, organ coefficient was higher than the physiological, pathological biopsy results showed that 8-week group toner toner particles significantly less than four weeks toner Group.
