Dell笔记本开机出现蓝屏

我的笔记本是Dell inspiron1400 现在开机后就会出现蓝屏，并有错误提示

我的也DELL,有过和你一样的问题,找了售后来修了,说我因为有硬件和系统不符合,所以硬盘有划痕了,我那次重装了个系统就好了
