摘要：企业管理归根到底是对人的管理，企业的发展，归根到底需要依靠人才，如何吸引和留住人才是企业最关心的事情，也是现代人力资源管理的中心内容。我国在市场经济发展过程中也由传统的以“事”为中心的人事管理正向以“人”为中心的人力资源管理转变。而其中的人性化管理，已被越来越多的企业所采用和认可，而有效的管理过程则显得极为重要。人性化管理或管理的人性化是现代企业管理的发展态势，这似乎已经成了一个不争的事实。但是，如何搞好人性化管理，如何充分发掘现代企业管理中的人性化意蕴，却需要人们进行深层次的文化思考。所谓人性化管理就是一种在整个企业管理过程中充分注意人性要素,以充分开掘人的潜能为己任的管理模式。具体内容可以包含很多要素,如对人的尊重、给人提供各种成长与发展机会、注重企业与个人双赢战略、制订员工生涯规划等等。
本文介绍了人性化管理的内涵，实行人性化管理的必要性及其作用，并针对如何实施人性化管理提出了若干建议。
