不同覆盖条件下对枸杞光合特性的研究
摘要:在秦王川枸杞试验地,通过采用砂石、地膜、小麦秸杆等3种不同覆盖方式研究其对枸杞光和特性的影响,探讨不同的覆盖方式对枸杞的蒸腾速率、气孔导度、光合速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度的影响,最终确定对枸杞光合特性最有实践意义的覆盖方式。结果表明,在4种不同的处理中以地膜覆盖处理对枸杞的蒸腾速率、气孔导度、光合速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度的影响最佳,小麦秸杆覆盖处理次于地膜覆盖处理,为枸杞的规模化栽培提供一定的理论依据,同时为枸杞丰产优质的生产奠定了良好基础。

Abstract: Chinese wolfberry in sichuan, through the responses of qin adopting sand, wheat straw mulch, 3 different ways to study the cover and characteristics of Chinese wolfberry, discusses the influence of different ways of Chinese wolfberry covering the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, photosynthetic rate, the intercellular CO2 concentration of medlar, eventually determine photosynthetic characteristics of cover most practical significance. Results showed that, in the process of four different with plastic film mulching treatment of lycium transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, photosynthetic rate, the intercellular CO2 concentration of wheat straw, covering plastic film mulching treatment after treatment, the scale cultivation for Chinese wolfberry provide certain theoretical basis for high quality Chinese wolfberry, at the same time, the production and laid a good foundation.
