1.there be句型和have的区别
*there be句型表示在某地有某物/某人：
e.g. There is a shop at the corner.
在拐角处有家商店。
There are two books on the desk.
课桌上有两本书。
*have表示某人拥有某物
e.g. She has dark hair and brown eyes.
她一头黑发，眼睛是棕色的。
They used to have a Mercedes Benz.
他们曾经拥有一辆奔驰汽车。
2.there be句型的就近原则
be用is单数或者are复数，是靠be后面的名词决定的，看看下面两个句子你就能get到：
