早春名优茶开发推动茶叶生产发展的势头日趋高涨, 但早春茶树新梢生长缓慢, 严重制约了名优茶的生产, 茶叶生产中促进新梢早发早采、提高经济效益的植物生长激素早已应用于促进早茶成熟或增产。为此,笔者通过严格的茶园生产试验及实验室检测,对几种常见的植物生长激素(2,4-D(2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,二氯苯氧乙酸)、6BA(N(6)-Benzyladenine ,6-苄基嘌呤)、植物动力、4%赤霉素、4%乙烯利)进行了茶叶品质影响的研究。研究表明:2,4-D、6BA、植物动力、4%赤霉素、4%乙烯利在不同程度上对茶叶的早熟有较大的促进作用,但也各有区别。在长势和整齐度上,赤霉素处理过的茶叶长势和整齐度呈现个处理中最好的一个,而比较突出的是经过4%乙烯利处理的茶叶虽然芽头数量增多比对照组明显,但其长势为个处理中最差的一个,其叶片成熟快,叶片偏小,平均大小为其他处理的叶片的三分之二左右,也就是说乙烯利在促进茶叶早熟的同时会降低茶叶的产量,在生产上要慎用。在个处理的茶叶加工茶品质上,各处理除了乙烯利处理降低了加工茶的感官审评品质外,其他处理都不同程度的对加工茶品质产生正面影响,其中以2,4-D和赤霉素处理的加工茶得分最高。各处理在内质物质含量上,6BA、植物动力、赤霉素、乙烯利四个处理对茶叶水浸出物含量有提高作用,而2,4-D处理对茶叶水浸出物含量有降低作用;6BA、乙烯利处理对茶叶多酚类含量有提高作用,而2,4-D、植物动力、赤霉素处理对茶叶多酚类有降低作用,其中以2,4-D处理降低作用最为明显;2,4-D、6BA处理对茶叶氨基酸有提高作用,其中2,4-D处理明显提高能力高于6BA处理,而植物动力、赤霉素乙烯利处理对茶叶氨基酸含量有降低作用;6BA、赤霉素、乙烯利处理对茶叶水溶性糖和淀粉含量有提高作用,而2,4-D、植物动力处理对茶叶水溶性糖和淀粉含量有降低作用。
