经常遇到这个问题，你把板子断电，仿真器拔了，再重插，上点，插的时候注意插紧，必要的时候那个microUSB口手按着，再重连，一般能好

看DSP电压供电是否正常，核电压+外设电压。以前出现这个问题，供电上去就好了。
