给你几个原因你看看是不是：
1、该变量没有定义
2、可能定义的地方与调用的地方并不再一个级
3、你打错字母了
4、你可能真打错字母了

从Bitmap SrcB = (Bitmap)PicSrc.Image;这个我估计你这个是个picturebox控件吧，你的控件名字要么不是PicSrc。要么就是你打错了。
