目前,对于形状复杂不锈钢件来说,手工抛光还是占据了主要地位。手工抛光质量不稳定、效率低,影响产品的生产周期,从而影响其市场的竞争力。目前,只有少数大公司用全自动研磨抛光机。原因主要为价格昂贵、且只适于均匀抛光,故投资回报率低.现有的小型抛光机,其缺点是不能很好地控制载荷方位。因此发展半自动的不锈钢抛光机成了一种切实可行研究方向。既可以降低成本,减轻抛光工人的劳动强度,又可以提高效率,同时又不受企业经营规模的限制,可进行均匀和非均匀抛光。 本文首先分析不锈钢锅的发展和所要达到的效果,得到适合的抛光方式,在此基础上,利用AutoCAD软件为平面设计平台,对抛光机构进行了设计、建模。最后,研究抛光工艺参数 (主轴转速、进给速度等)对不锈钢体表面粗糙度的影响,通过知识获取,利用正向推理机制,建立抛光机磨轮机的总体构图。
