今年暑假是大学阶段的最后一个暑假了，虽然这也许是最后一个可以好好休息的暑假，但是就业的压力使我知道这个暑假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过一个月的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这一个月的努力，使我熟悉了外贸业务的工作流程，外贸公司的组织机构职能，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。
目前我所在的实习公司正在不断地开发人才，拓展国外市场，因此紧缺外贸人才。由于是英语专业的，对于外贸流程不是很了解，正好可以通过此次机会好好学习学习。我在实习期间主要负责外贸接单，翻译，外宾接待等工作。
通过这个暑假的实习，怎么说都有点目标了，知道自己今后想做什么，能做什么，对于外贸流程也有更熟练的掌握，英语口语交际能力也有所提高。感谢在实习期间给我机会与帮助的总经理以及各位前辈们！其实万事都不难，只要你勇敢地迈出第一步！
