张力控制器的设计,采用以运算放大器为核心构成的PI控制电路。利用张力传感器检测出带材张力,使检测出张力值和设定张力值进行比较,通过张力控制器的PI运算,自动调节磁粉制动器的励磁电压,从而使放卷过程实现恒张力控制。因为放卷轮卷径的变化一般在10倍范围左右,所以需要通过仿真分析,证明张力控制器在卷径一定的变化范围内仍然能够对带材张力进行较好的控制。然后再通过仿真结果确定张力控制器的元件参数。磁粉制动器的驱动电路设计,是以专用的PWM芯片、MOSFET为功率驱动器件所构成的单象限PWM直流斩波电路。
本设计实现了对放卷过程中带材张力的较好控制,有利于提高产品生产质量。
