【摘 要】在企业管理中有这样一条至理名言：“一个企业成败的关键在于它能否激发职工的力量和才智，企业的性活力来自企业对职工的吸引力”。它道出了人力资源对于企业成功的重要性，而人力和人才资源的开发，则离不开激励。
琅峰公司是一个从事饲料生产的制造型企业。公司人心稳定，发展平稳。但是从长远发展的角度分析，企业正面临着一个非常尴尬的局面：员工工作没有激情，处于一种安于现状，不思进取的状况，企业员工队伍缺乏积极向上的朝气。本文针对琅峰公司员工激励机制存在的问题以及怎样改进进行了探讨。

　　Abstract:

　　There is such a piece of wisdom in business management,“The key to success in an enterprise is to motivate the strength and talents of its employees. The vitality of an enterprise originates from the attractiveness to its employees.” That means the significance of human resources to the success of an enterprise, whereas the development of manpower and human resources is inseparable from motivation.
　　Langfeng Feed Co., Ltd is a manufacture enterprise engaged in the feed production. With the employees keeping ensured, the company can develop steadily. But from the point of view of long-term development, it is faced with a very embarrassing situation, for the employees, taking things as they are and lacking the positive upward vitality , work without passion and in a shiftless way. This paper has discussed the existing problems in the employee motivation of Longfeng Feed Co., Ltd so as to solve them.
