建议可以先考研的，因为你考研备考可能会花掉你大部分的时间精力，没时间去好好工作，那么你刚开始工作的话就会表现的不是太好，如果是好好的工作，那么可能备考就不会太好，所谓鱼和熊掌不可兼得，个人看法。
