In your letter,you said that you were interested in the Spring Festival.In fact,I had just

spend a wonderful Spring Festival in China.
Spring Festival is the tranditional chinese festival .During these days,we usually set off firecrackers from the New Year's Eve till the Lantern Festival.
And at the evening of the New Year's Eve,every family will cook a lot delicious foods,such as,dumplings,rice cake,fish, fried pork and so on.These dishes are chinese tranditional food.I want to introduce dumplings ,jiaozi,to you.It's one of the most typical foods eaten during the Spring Festival in the northern China.In the southern of China,they cook rice cake instead.
At the first day of the NewYear,we often visit our relatives with my parents.We are also go to the temple fair.A variety of performances, handicraft works of paintings and calligraphy,foods will dazzle you.
