1.补充维生素C要尽量从食物中获取,人工维生素C则是纯药物制剂,其效果远不如天然维生素C。而且,服用人工制剂往往用量较大,若长期服用,可在体内形成草酸,这是形成结石的潜在威胁。而水果、蔬菜中的维生素C不易导致尿液中草酸含量过高。
2.补充不能过量,根据2016年《中国居民膳食指南》,孕早期的妇女维生素C每日推荐摄入量为100_,孕中期和孕晚期每日推荐摄入量为115_,如此才能够满足母体和胎儿的需要。
