Won't you have lunch today?和You won't have your lunch,will you?这两句话分别怎么回答?
都可以回答成yes,I wil.和No,I won't吗?表达的是一个意思吗?
如果回答完整的话,都可以这样回答吗：Yes,I will have lunch today.和NO,I won't have lunch today.

回答方式一致,前后一致,陈述事实,不会出现yes带not或者no不带not的情况,此时不要纠结yes/no到底如何翻译,先根据事实作出后半句,要吃就是肯定的will,不吃就是否定的won't,然后根据一致原则向前推出yes或no.
Won't you have lunch today?难道你今天不吃午饭吗?
Yes,I will have lunch today 不会啊（这里不要纠结）,我要吃的.
NO,I won't have lunch today.恩（同理,和中文相反）,不吃了.
