However, on the base of gratitude for the special gift from nature and history, we must also realise that there is still a gap between us and the top tourist provinces. Nowadays, with the rapid development of tourism, how to make better use of and invest exsiting tourism resources, build up the brand of Hebei Province Tourism and attract more domestic and foreign tourists are the most urgent problems needed to solve. Cultural Tourism is being more and more concerned and enjoyed recently. And Our province is the birthplace of the Chinese nation, which has a long history and rich historical and cultural sites; therefore, we should draw more attention on the construction of human landscape, make every effort to build up the brand of Hebei Province tourism and promote the quick development of Hebei Province tourism industry.

This article analyses some problems which our province cultural tourism development has encountered and the causes of these problems. It focuses on strengthening management, planning construction, creating the image of Hebei Cultural Tourism, building up the brand of Hebei Province and adhering to the 'People-Oriented' concept, promoting the sustainable development and three prospects to expound how to find out the connotation of our province tourism culture.
