本论文以A型简易门式起重机为测试对象,并给予起重机固定的工作起重量。通过计算确定其各部分结构的危险点,并以此为测点,应用DH3817动静态应变测试分析系统,测试该起重机在工作时各测点的应力应变,发现当吊重位于主梁跨中时起重机处于最危险工作状态,然后针对在最危险工作状态下的危险点进行强度和稳定性校核,判断出该起重机在给定的工作条件工作时处于安全状态。
随着电阻应变测量技术朝着多点、高精度、数字化、自动化和数据自动处理的方向发展,一定会在的结构健康监测中扮演更重要的角色。
