这句话翻译成英语是怎么样拼的。

英文口语里面较少这么诗意的表达。你这句话在日常口语中我觉得最常用的就是：
I don't want to talk anymore.表示我不想说什么了。
你这句话可以直译：Nothing is the only thing I want to talk about.但是这样的表达不太常见。

我不是专门学英语的，主修英语文学的人应该能有更书面语的答案。
