1. When the child grows up and takes responsibility, then he/she becomes an adult.

2. Security. Because speaking with freedom without considering security, everybody will live in fear of others' freedom to break their "freedom".

3. The rest of the world thought there was no "freedom" , bad enviroment in China, and now they think it is "secure" and developping fast in China in Financial point and other aspects. However, both are biases.

A: when they are physically and emotionally mature enough to try to find their soul mates!

A: The Western monopoly over the globe and their killings of the original inhabitants show the white guys need freedom while the conquered need security (driven to live in the f*cking "reservations")
3，what does the rest of the world think about China ？
A: Envy (poor countries) , hatred (rich countries) .

These are my personal opinions
1. You've omitted the middle passage of "teenager". A child becomes a teenager, well, when they're in their teens. When someone truly becomes an adult they are mentally and physically more mature, and are able to take on responsibily for themselves. The general age is 18 (by law depending where you are) but it varies for each individual.
2. Freedom and security should be equally important things. However if I had to choose I would choose freedom. The freedom to live your life as you please. If you had security but no freedom there would be no meaning to life as you may as well be just a puppet. Freedom without security has its risks, but you make your own choices and choose your own path in life. It also depends on if you can take the responsibility of the freedom given to you.
3. Depending on the region, people have different views on China. Developed countries see China as a booming nation, growing in every aspect such as economy; while other developing countries see China as a somewhat developed country. However it also depends on the people and their level of education. Middle class people who has no knowledge will be easily influenced by the media around them. While politically involved will believe in their own perceptions. People that have been to China either praise the culture, or curse the still present rather visible poverty, or both. The general concensus of the society in developed countries suggests that China is still far from being developed, mostly because of the negative news and media surrounding China; while some of the upper ranks/country leaders see China as a threat to their countries' position in the world.
