薪点制是一种较为科学的薪酬计量方法,在企业薪酬设计实践中已得到广泛应用.然而在理论上,薪点制却没有得到非常恰当的表示.文章采用多角度分析的基本思路,对薪点制进行两个层面,四个维度的分析,试图得出一种较为恰当的薪点制表示方法,使薪点制更好的发挥其科学上的张力,亦易于理论与操作上的把握。
由于盈通显示器制造有限公司对目前的薪酬管理还无法进行全面的创新改革,本论题对薪酬体系的优化研究,注重的是理论的系统化及其对实践的指导作用,具体对盈通显示器制造有限公司提出一套切合实际、行之有效的方法,用以指导该类企业的薪酬管理问题。
本文通过介绍薪点制薪酬体系的基本理论,在原有的理论基础上,对盈通公司薪酬攀升通道单一的这一现状进行分析,结合薪点制理论中的“M-3P”理论(职位维度)对其进行尝试性的改进。将其单一的这种“官本位”发展通道改为更为合理的管理通道和技术、生产或业务通道。最后得出这种多通道管理方法适合与盈通公司这类技术人员较多的电子类生产制造企业。
