本文介绍了一种基于USB接口的数据采集板的设计方法,采用PHILIPS公司的USB接口芯片CH375与单片机msp430f1611进行通信,并和PC机通信而编制出友善的设备应用程序。该系统用传统的USB总线取代了RS232串行总线,通过对USB采集板和MSP430系列单片机原理的充分理解,对以单片机和USB接口芯片CH375为主的数据采集系统进行了硬件设计和软件编程,并在此设计的基础上给出相应的原理图。硬件设计主要解决的是msp430f1611单片机控制电路与USB接口芯片驱动电路问题,软件编程大致分为二部分:一是采用C语言开发USB采集板软件系统,并定义各采集或控制指令,变成实现USB芯片驱动程序;二是在Windows XP工作环境下编写上位机对USB采集板卡的驱动程序;通过对该USB采集板的开发,我们可以对数据采集有很深刻的理解,对CH375接口芯片有很熟练的应用,能更好领悟USB接口的优势。

A method of designing USB-interface-based data acquisition board is introduced in this article.PHILIPS's USB interface chip CH375 and msp430f1611 MCU are used on the board.These two chips and PC communicate to each other base on user friendly equipment application program.This system replaces the RS232 serial bus by the traditional USB bus.Hardware design,schematic diagram and software programming for this MCU and USB interface chip CH375 data acquisition board are progressed on full understanding of the USB interface acquisition board and MSP430 MCU's principle.Hardware design solves the control circuit of msp430f1611 and drive circuit of USB interface issues. Software programming is basicly divided into two parts: First, using C language development software of the USB data acquisition system, and definition the acquisition or control instructions,are made as driver of the USB chipset; Second, programing the USB acquisition board driver on PC in the Windows XP working environment. We have a profound understanding of data acquisition, and a skill of using the CH375 interface chip,and a better understand of USB interface advantages, as a result of developing this data USB interface acquisition board.

In this paper, a USB-based data acquisition board interface design methods, the use of PHILIPS's USB interface chip CH375 and msp430f1611 single-chip communication, and communication and PC-friendly equipment to compile applications.
