10. This Contract as written in English shall be interpreted and the rights of the parties thereunder shall be determined by the English text only the effect of which shall not be varied or affected in any way by any other characters written or chopped thereon by any person or by any statement verbally or otherwise made by anyone acting or purporting to act on behalf of either part, unless such alterations and/or additions are duly authenticated by the initials of both parties concerned.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed in duplicate as of the date first above written by their duly authorized representatives

此项合同由于使用英文书写，因此合同条款的解释和双方的权利的规定将只有英文版的合同决定。即要求任何人不允许以其他文字书写方式或断章取义方式改变或者影响原文之意；任何人不允许以口头陈述方式或其他方式来作为双方权益的依据。除非原合同相关双方均同意改变或者增加条款。
以资证明，合同双方共同以此份合同执行。合同一式两份。以上生效日期为双方授权代表签订合同为准。
