浅谈食管癌患者围手术期护理风险及应对策略

【摘要】目的 总结分析食管癌患者围手术期潜在护理风险及应对策略。 方法 对我院2012年3月—2015年5月60例食管癌患者围手术期的护理进行回顾性总结分析。 结果 患者自身因素，家属因素，医护人员因素是导致食管癌围手术期出现肺部感染，管道脱落，低蛋白血症等护理风险发生的主要因素。 结论 加强患者围手术期护理，提高医护人员专业技术水平，对预防食管癌围手术期护理风险，降低术后并发症起着积极作用。

[Abstract] Objective To summarize and analyze the peri operation period of potential nursing risks and coping strategies of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods in our hospital from 2012 March to 2015 May, 60 cases of peri operation period nursing of patients with esophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The patient's own factors, family factors, the factors of medical staff is lead to esophageal cancer peri operative pulmonary infection, tubing shedding, hypoproteinemia nursing risk occurred in the main factors. Conclusion strengthens a patient encircles the surgery time nursing, improve the medical professional technology level, to prevent esophageal cancer during operation period nursing risks, reduce the postoperative complications plays a positive role.
