Many students in China include me, can write and read English passages well,but we always can't understand the English speakers or speak the fluent and idiomatic English.And I want to speak English well very much.So ,what should we do to improve our English listening and speaking?

其实不一定要和中文翻译的完全一致。
My English is not as fluent as native speakers.
或者My English is still Chinglish.
