I'd like to invite the American Red Cross to participate in City Weekend's Beijing Clubs Fair, which will take place at World City on August 29th, 2009.
We’re bringing together groups and clubs that have grown out of the passions and interests of individual local community members. The event is an opportunity for clubs, such as your own, to showcase themselves to all the members of Beijing's English-speaking community.
Beijing residents both new and established will learn more about your group at the Club Fair. The Clubs Fair will be held at World City on Aug 29th, from 11 am to 5 pm. Clubs will be allowed to come set-up their space beginning at 10:30 am. We recommend that you bring a small sign or decorations to decorate your table and also come equipped with some fliers to hand out. Anything that you have that gives people more information about your club, such as activity schedules and contact info, may be useful. You may also want to bring some photos from some of your past meetings/activities.
