在我国经济不断发展的情况下，国家对高素质人才的需求越来越大，高校数量的不断增加，学校基本建设规模迅猛扩展，现代化的教学设施在学校日益普及。人员多、校舍多、设备多等都为消防安全管理工作带来相应的压力，努力完善消防配套工程，增强师生法制观念和安全防范意识，提高防控火灾应急能力，已成为高校日常教学、科研和生活中必须关注的问题。因此，贯彻落实消防法律法规，进行消防知识培训、建立安全应急预案、建设安全文化，对于维护学校的安全稳定是非常重要的。

As our country's economy is constantly developing,the government requires more high moral quality talents.Number of high class schools is increasing gradually,basic establishment of schools is also broadening rapidly.The modern learning facilities are also increasing.More staffs ,more dormitory as well as more facilities had put on pressure and burdened the fire management.Trying the best to get the fire engineering project done,increase the consciousness of students and staffs,improve the ability to prevent and control fire disasters,this has been included in the daily syllabus for students as this is a problem which is supposed to be concerned.Thus, implement practicable fire control laws and rules, proceed on fire control training ,establish culture of safeness,are relatively important in order to maintain the schools' safeness and stability.

Under the continuous growth of China's economy, the country's demand for highly qualified personnel is growing, The number of colleges and universities is increasing gradually, rapid expansion of school infrastructures and modern teaching facilities has became common in schools. Increase in staff, school premises, and all kind of facilities have brought a corresponding pressure to the fire safety management. Efforts to improve fire ancillary system, to enhance the legal and safety awareness among teachers and students, improve emergency response capabilities of fire prevention and control has become a concern in high schools daily curricular activities, research and also an issue to focus in life. Therefore, the implementation of fire control laws and regulations,fire control training, the establishment of security contingency plans, building a safety culture are essential for the maintenance and security of the school
