We remember that in our original requested through Alibaba we have requested to quote price inclusive of 20% commission in FOB price. Later on we have requested you to mention 5% commission in your Quotation (declared commission) for submission of offer to our customer. Balance 15% commission will remain at your side which will be payable from you after receipt of payment by your company through L/C. Please confirm our 15% commission in a separate letter for our record. So, we have requested you clear the position in our letter dated 17.09.2009 and confirm that you have included our 20% commission in your quoted FOB price to avoid further dislocation in future. We require this commission to satisfy customer and to meet our office expense and administrative expenses incurred for processing order in favour of your comapny.
