浅谈金融危机对海宁袜业的影响
[摘 要] 我市的袜业出口总额位居其他行业前列，但由于现阶段面临的金融危机影响下，海宁的袜业趋势呈现出不太乐观的局面，不少中小企业因抵挡不住危机的势头面临倒闭，而一些较大点的企业也只能把大部分销售路线从国外转移到国内，利用内销来维持生计。人民币升值也使袜业出口受到很大的影响，出口产品的销售压力也大大增加，削落了海宁袜业的出口创汇信心。本文对袜业的特点、人民币升值所带来的影响及问题加以剖析，最后提出若干应对措施。
一、引言
袜业是海宁经济发展的一大重要支柱产业，而海宁的袜业大部分又以出口的方式获利。但近年来，尤其是今年，随着席卷全球的金融风暴的影响，对海宁的袜业出口也带来了很大影响，不少小企业无法生存，只能停业或倒闭，而一些大企业也日子不太好过，单子少了，而质量要求反而高了 ，利润低了。 就拿我现在的公司来说，相比去年和前年的出口量就少了将近20％，公司只好减员，提高出口产品的价格来维持，我公司的产品主要出口于美国，加拿大等美洲国家，而现在的美元贬值对我公司的生存发展也直接影响着海宁的袜业市场，同比，像亚润，耐尔这些较大规模的袜业公司在这方面还是做的比较好的，对市场发生的变动也有很快的适应和更近变化，但总的来说，今后海宁的袜业市场依旧的一种充满挑战但又有很大提升的产业。
二、金融危机带来的进出口问题
此次危机愈演愈烈，蔓延全球，影响深度也在一步步扩大，并且在向实体经济延伸，中国经济也无可避免地受到了影响和冲击。但相比欧美发达国家和其他发展中国家，中国所受的影响相对较小，主要影响在于可能导致出口的负增长、投资增长的放缓以及外汇资产的贬值或损失。由于中国经济的外贸依存度高，已经高达60%，我国GDP的40%左右是由出口拉动的，因此，在金融危机阴影的笼罩下，我国的外贸出口将受到最大冲击。
而海宁袜业也被深受影响，进出口的通道缩小，要求的提高，限制了许多企业的发展步伐，以及对出口创汇的信心。
（一）配额

（二）价格
很多企业对此喜忧参半。
一方面，配额的取消，使企业生产成本降低了。"以前，我们获得出口份额，要么和其他企业一起竞标，要么向其他企业花钱购买多余的配额。"一家袜业企业的杨经理说。
另一方面，配额出口量的激增，将不可避免地导致出口价格下跌。因为配额取消后，美国直接客商和绝大部分中间商都知道中国企业购买部分配额的成本取消，就会要求中国出口企业降低价格，势必会导致整体出口价格的下降。
