Title and risk shall pass from Seller to Buyerupon Buyer’s Bank confirmation of accepting LC presentation from Seller’s Bank.

7. WEIGHT AND QUALITY
Final weight used formaking invoice shall be as per the net weight shown on the Warehouse Receipt. Quality shall be governed by LME registered Aluminium specifications.

8. GOVERNINGLAW AND DISPUTES
Shall be English Law and any disputes and misunderstandings in regards of the terms and conditions contained in thebooking note and/or contract shall be referred to arbitration in London.

9. GENERALTERMS AND CONDITIONS

Allother terms and conditions shall be as per Seller’s General Terms andConditions (GTCs), which is binded in this sales contract as Appendix1. Boththe Seller and the Buyer acknowledged and accepted that the GTCs is anintegrated part of this Sales contract. Any differences and disputes betweenthe GTCs and content contained in from Clause 1 to Clause 9, the content inabove shall govern.

所有其他条款和条件应参照本销售合同所附的《卖方的一般条款和条件》（GTCS）(附件1)。卖方和买方都承认和接受GTCS是本销售合同不可分割的组成部分。主合同第一至九条中如果存在任何与GTCS向冲突或者有区别的内容，应以GTCS为准。
