There are many different kinds of bread in our bakery, including croissant，hotdog, bun, wrap, sausage roll, hot cross bun, loaf and sour dough bread. According to a large number of surveys of the sale,croissant is the most popular, which the demand of croissant is much more than the supply of it. Nevertheless, other kinds of bread in our bakery also sells well. Some customers cannot be able to buy our bread because we always finish selling every piece of bread very early. We have not enough employees and materials to fulfill the customers' high demand of our product. We can only make a small amount of bread which lead up to the big gap of demand and supply.

Therefore, our company wants to recuit 15 more employees to raise the output of our production. The job we offers consisting of merchandiser, bakers, cashiers, salesmen and technician.
