如果客户或者第三方在没有经过AKIYAMA的书面形式的同意的情况下即更换或对产品进行修理的话,那此产品不能享受在保修期内的保修,同样,如果戈斯不能正常工作,被告知得马上采取一切合适的措施来缓减这种破坏,在递交准确的对问题的说明以便给AKIYAMA解决问题的机会中出现问题的话,那产品同样也不能享受在保修期内的保修。

在没有AKIYAMA书面许可的情况下,如果客户或者第三方对产品进行了改变或修理,质保将立即失效。
此外,如果GOSS失效(失败),万一是GOSS没有告知的问题出现了,请马上对照书面描写的问题现象及补救措施对照表,选择实施恰当的方法以减轻损坏,并告知AKIYAMA,

如果客户一方或第三方未经AKIYAMA的书面同意而对产品作出改装或修缮,那么保修期的期限将会缩短,同样的,如果GOSS失效了,或者当发现GOSS出现缺陷时,即刻采取适当的措施来减少损失,并且对缺陷的地方进行书面详尽描述后把产品交给AKIYAMA,这是修补缺陷的机会。
