关于about
1we won't allow smoking in the cinema.
2his parents don't allow him to go out.
3my parens allow me to make my own decisions.
为什么第一句可以allow后面跟Ving，
二三句allow后面却跟动词不定时？

老师解释不清，问同学他们又说被我搞糊涂了，
也说不清，so,想在此请高人指点！thanks!~

do sth.的逻辑主语是sb.
eg. We allow him to smoke here .
我们允许他在这抽烟.
allow +sth./v-ing 允许某事或某种行为
eg. He planned to go hiking ,but his father didn't allow it.
it 指代 to go hiking
They do not allow smoking.
他们不允许抽烟(这种行为).
