米线的做法与配料如下:
工具/材料:香菇、青菜、鸡蛋、香菜、牛丸、汤、锅、开水。
1、泡米线用的水最好是开水,泡制时间至少一个小时。

2、在泡制的时间,我们可以把各种配菜处理一下,鸡蛋放锅中煮熟,牛丸切开成两半,香菇切片,其它洗净备用。

3、米线泡够时间后,基本上就没有了硬芯,不过还要继续泡在水中备用。

4、吃的时候,将米线取出一碗的量,放入一边煮着的鸡汤中,烫两分钟左右即可。

5、烫好的米线盛出到碗中。

6、接下来盛入鸡汤,鸡汤要完全淹没米线。
