从问看，知道在AB间。就只要解决attend 与attend to的区别就行了。
attend 的宾语常为a meeting,a lecture之类的，表示“参加”，也可以跟人，表示照顾（look after),关心（care for),如：I have a good doctor attending me.
attend to 是一个动介词组，解释2为：to direct one's efforts and interest towards, 料理（事情）：I have an urgent matter to attend to. (Longman, P55)
