4、职业因素：如司机、办公室职员、电焊工等需要久坐、久蹲的人群，患痔疮的风险性较高，主要是因为直肠位于人体下部，长期久坐、久蹲会使静脉血液回流受阻，造成患痔疮的风险增加；
5、遗传因素：研究表明，痔疮发病存在一定的家族遗传倾向，若父母患有痔疮，其子女患痔疮的可能性则相对较高；
6、疾病因素：如前列腺肥大、盆腔肿瘤以及直肠、肛管的慢性炎症等，可导致局部静脉丛扩张、血液瘀滞，使直肠静脉回流受阻，从而引起痔疮；
