由于天气原因，驳船在镇江避风，无法开船，因而装在此驳船上的柜号为XXXXX柜子无法赶上3月1号的大船。
现要改配到3月15号上的大船上，特此说明，望予以配合！

No. XXXX cabinet can not catch the argosy on 1st March as it is barging in Zhen river which is obstructed by the gale weather.
So we have to change the shipping date to 15th March. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Because of the weather condition,the barge is taking shelter from the wind in Zhenjiang so that the cupboards whose number is **** on the barge can not catch up with the argosy on March 1st.

Now the cupboards will be shipped by the argosy on March 15th,I hereby certify and wish to be assorted.
