9年台资企业塑胶模具工作经验。4年以上的模具厂主管经验，熟悉模具项目管理及设计流程，熟练掌握生产管理工艺流程，对常用塑料物性、模具用钢材的性能有所了解，熟练应用设计软体Pro/e、Moldflow(模流分析) 、AutoCAD，UG运用能力一般 。
2001-02 至2005-3模具制造（2003年底开始升为组长）；
2005-03至2007-05 模具设计及项目管理（课长）；
2007-05开始从事模具部主管职责。
之前有从事过模具加工制造及模具设计、工程分析检讨工作。与公司模具部门一起成长，本部门主要制造手机外壳及笔记本(Apple ipad)、液晶电视外壳、导光板方面的模具，客户有 NOKIA MOTOROLA SAMSUNG Sony Ericsson Apple HP DELL MICROSOFT 等，精通模具设计、加工制造流程及后段组立、成型试模，开模经验丰富，对模具的开模前检讨评估具有相当的实力，另模具厂建厂及系统规划能力强，熟悉模具厂的电脑系统化作业流程。
熟悉IMD、IML(imf) IMR、Isertmolding、双射结构及Hot runner结构，熟练运用办公软件。

主要职责：
1. 负责模具部行政管理、工作总体安排、教育训练与8s管理；
2. 负责模具设计结构图档和标准文件的审核，加工工艺标准的检查审核；
3. 对外负责与客户的沟通，项目方案的确定，了解客人的所需，达到满意；
4. 内部模具品质的管理与改善，模具的试模产品验证检查与确认；
5. 指导部内同仁对每个月工作方面，做出技术检讨及统计改善报告；
6. 要求对技术部员工进行定期的培训，参加相关工作方面交流；
7. 模具重点难点主导并指导部门内员工的工作，要求做出计划进度表；
8. 负责内部绩效管理体系的考核，持续改进其项目，力争公平合理；
9. 主导EHS法规，为环境管理委员会和安全委员会的成员。

Main responsibilities:
